If you are interested in World War 2, I can imagine that you’d like to visit the spots where history
took place. Foundation Remember September 1944 offers you the chance to visit these places in
a battlefield tour. The foundation’s main field of interest are the actions of units who participated in
operation Market Garden.
For people who are interested in World War 2 history, the foundation provides Battlefield tours in the
areas where operation Market Garden took place. From Neerpelt (Belgium) all the way up to Arnhem
(the Netherlands). You will be accompanied by an experienced guide. With vintage photographs and
maps they can tell you the ins and outs of the operation. The stories will be told at the spot where
it all happened.
The foundation works with volunteers who will try to fullfil your personal wishes and preferences. The
tours are absolutely free of charge, but a donation to the foundation will be appreciated. For details
and information about these tours, feel free to contact me.
