Exhibition Remember September 1944 in Mook:
September 2009 was a special year. The village of Mook was liberated on September 17, 1944 by troops of the 82nd
Airborne Division. For this special occasion, the foundation I am part of, organised an exhibition in hostel ‘t Zwaantje.
Before the opening of the exhibition, a new monument was unveiled by Ray Fary (82nd Airborne Division WWII veteran)
at town hall in Mook. After the unveiling of the monument, the exhibition was opened and the visitors started pouring in.
